Astrid looks at Damon and for some reason started to shake a little the pups started wineing to be feed but instead of feeding them Astrid growled and bit at them not letting them eat at all

Damon back up and whines before saying " Astrid like I said I would never hurt you but please feed the pups they are too young to understand all of this please I'll stay out side " as he back up and drops his head lower as he walks over to a tree and lays down

"Its not you my body cant keep up with feeding them i have nothing to give even with everything I eat its still not enough." Astrid said to him

Damon sighed and said " then you might want to change to bottle feed them " as he looks at her worried before getting up and walks towards her before laying down watching the puppies he was afraid he would hurt them

"Im sure it will be fine just give me a bit." Astrid said to him before Nera said to Damon "come help me hunt Astrid needs food to feed the pups."

Damon nods and gets up before following nera as he keeps his head low and walks

"Damon what's wrong this isn't you." Nera asked him

Damon said " what are you talking about " as he looks over at her

"Your acting like your sad what's wrong." Nera said to him

Damon said " i am not sad just trying to protect them from ....me " as he looks out and said " I scared her badly "
