She noticed he was a little edgy, "hey, what's wrong?" She asked looking at him softly

Tyler glanced over at Alexa, letting out a soft breath and forcing himself to relax a little. "Well I might have gotten assaulted while I was sleeping." He started slowly. "The whole story... I awoke to see four knights pointing spears at me. I made a quick getaway, and then came here." Tyler finished with a slight glance to the window

Alexa stared at him, "you can't be here if they saw you"

Tyler knew she would say that. "Well they wouldn't expect the person to be so stupid they came to the exact place where all the knights hung out, so they wouldn't expect me to be here." Tyler said with a slight eyebrow raise, watching her

Alexa rolled her eyes, "ok yea..true" she said, she looked him over "did any of the knights hurt you?"

Eh, well that really wasn't a good sign but Alexa didn't yell at him either. -Boy, that would feel weird- Tyler's brain trailed off for a moment. "No.. I'm perfectly unharmed. The only thing that hurt was smacking into a tree because I'm obviously out of practice at jumping from tree to tree." Tyler offered a small smile, yet somehow he knew that wouldn't really help

"Your not a squirrel, you know" she said with a chuckle

"No, but I have been practicing that for years! It was just easier when I was in my teens." Tyler huffed, though he looked slightly amused. "But yes I know, humans aren't supposed to run through the treetops." He sighed slightly, glancing out the window again

"Ya' know, I have tried to imagine you as a teen but I can't, your to hmm.. grey" she said then bounced away laughing

Tyler wrinkled his nose, his bushy black eyebrows drawing together. "Just imagine me as a look now, just a bit stupider. Then you got me as a teen." He chuckled, watching Alexa. At her very last comment he narrowed his eyes with a huff. "Excuse me, for one BLACK. For two it is very easy to imagine me as a teen." He sniffed, though that didn't go very well with his demeanor.
