Sage frowned slightly and sighed, wrapping his arms around her. "You sure," he asked. He wouldn't press her but if she was upset he's trying to help best he could.

"It was just a nightmare...about Luke." She said quietly

Sage nodded with a soft hum. "We'll be alright," he hummed softly

"Hopefully." She muttered, closing her eyes. She was scared, but mostly for Sage. He'd never had to face Luke in a fight, and she hoped he never would

Sage pressed a kiss to her head with a soft hum. "We're safe here," he murmured. "He can't find us."

Amira nodded, only half agreeing. She worried one day either one of them would be home alone, and she prayed it wouldn't be Sage, and Luke will find them

(that might be fun, to have luke come in while sage is home alone lol)

Sage just tightened his grip on her, hoping they'd be alright. Luke didn't know where they went... hopefully he'd never find out.

Amira slowly drifted off for a few hours until her phone began ringing. She already knew who it was, but answered for Sage's benefit. She wiggled out of Sage's arms and walked to the kitchen, anxious.

"Yeah?" Amira said, tired of Luke's calls

"You gonna come home anytime soon? You left a few things here." Luke said, trying to lure Amira

"No I didn't." She replied, defiant.

"Yeah, you did. Might as well come get it."

"I'm not going anywhere fucking near you."

"Alright, have it your way." And Luke hung up.

Rose put her head in her hands, exhausted and ready to give up and face her brother. She sighed, walking back over to Sage and curling up with him. Not getting any sleep, but hopefully he would bring comfort

Sage sort of groaned when she moved to get up, but was too asleep to really do anything but lay there. He did make a nice to get up, it just didn't go anywhere. She came back soon enough though, so he wasn't too worried. He just curled back up with her once she was there happily.

"Are you worried?" She asked quietly, hoping he was still awake. "About Luke?"
