Lol I'm the exact same way. Never slow danced in my life ) - Abby grinned as she looked down at her feet. She rested her head against his chest (her new signature thing since she can't reach his shoulders lol) and swayed slowly to the sounds of the breeze. She thought warm thoughts to make her body NOT shiver. She knew that- or atleast thought that- if she got cold in this dress Ryker would say she needed to get warm. She didn't want to ruin the moment. She took a half step closer, closing the gap between them. |

Don't really care though LOL Poor short Abby...) +++ Ryker breathed in the sweet scent of Abby's hair, trying, very very carefully, to not trip, twist, fall, or plummet, and succeeding to his astonishment. He was a master at failing in romantic moments, so he assumed he'd just end up dropping onto the floor in this one, but hey.. he seemed okay. As she came a little closer Ryker put one arm around her waist instead, his brain split, one half thinking +I swear my arms are too long to be of any help+ and the other half wondering +how does she even hang around some guy like me? I mean, I'm just.. me!+ |

Lol I knew it!) I've never had a reason too) lol yeah) - When his arm wrapped around her, she felt like she had finally found home. She didn't know what that looked like yet but she felt at ease for once. All of her playful antics fell away as she moved with him. Abby wrapped her arms around his neck in a loose hug. She closed her eyes and swayed, letting him guide. She accidentally stepped on his foot. "Oops. Maybe I shouldn't close my eyes..." she got an idea but pushed it away. +buuuutttttt...+ she grinned and kicked off her shoes before stepping on her top toes like a little kid and placing her feet on his. "Now I know what it is like to be a little bit taller" she could finally reach his shoulders! She laid her head on them and smiled and kept the bridge of her nose against his neck |

Ryker was slowly stepping, not fully being able to be imerssed in the moment because he was too busy worrying about where to put his feet. Still, he relaxed as he drifted away in the soft swish of the breeze. That all went bye bye went Abby stepped on his foot though, causing a small snort from him at her words, then an eyebrow lift when she purposefully stood on him. "I can barely dance by myself, now you want to squish me and expect me not to fall over?" He asked with a small smile, but thankfully he didn't go toppling into the mist. With each step all of his worries just seemed to wash away. |

"I don't care" she grinned and kissed his forehead since she could actually reach it now. She laid her head back on his shoulder. "The sky is so pretty" she couldn't believe the sky could get any prettier until a shooting star flew past. She pushed away and stopped, staring at the sky. |

Ryker chuckled a little, his eyes glinting in the moonlight. The specks of ice blue in his dark blue eyes showed plainly now. "It is. Just like you." He couldn't help but add with a small smile before turning his gaze to the sky. |

She looked down with a blush, turning to look at him and catch the twinkle in his eyes as he stared up. She turned and stared up at the sky too. She clasped her hands together, keeping her eyes on the moon when another shooting star shot past. She pulled her hair to the side, freeing it from its bun and letting it fall down mid back. She shook her head a little to make the slight wave let go of the other hairs. She ran her fingers through it before walking further away. She turned to look at Ryker with a bright smile. A hint of green and blue shimmered in her eyes as she moon light lit her face |
