Sage played with Az until the boy fell asleep. It was nice to just relax on the couch and hold him then, next to Adrien. He was glad to rest, and he was glad Adrien was sleeping alright.

Adrien stayed asleep for a while. By the time he stirred and opened an eye, the sun was lower in the sky. Late afternoon. He sat up, rubbing his eyes and glancing to his side. Seeing AZ and Sage asleep he smiled gently and shifted closer to them. Wrapping a wing around them and placing a gentle kiss to Sages head.

Sage had stirred slightly when he felt Adrien kiss his head but didn't wake. He just relaxed into Adrien's wing with a sort of sleepy huff of air, arms wrapped around Az securely.

Adrien curled up, pulling Sage closer into his arms and resting his head on Sages'. He slowly closed his eyes and sighed again. Guess they'd be sleeping until Azriel woke them up for dinner.

Sage had turned to rest against Adrien's chest when he curled up with them, though he was still asleep. He stayed that way for a while until Az started to coo a while later and he stirred, opening his eyes with a sigh but grinned down at the baby and then over at Adrien, who still had his wings wrapped around them lightly.

Adrien was slowly woken by the small sounds of Azriel and Sage. Well, Sage, who was talking to Azriel,and Azrirl, who was babbling back. Adrien yawned quietly and shifted, wrapping his wings lazily around Sage, making sure he's secure, and opening a tired eye to watch them while he woke up.

Sage was whispering, in an attempt not to wake Adrien, though Az obviously didn't understand what was going on so he was babbling loudly. Sage gave Adrien a grin when he noticed him wake up, nestling into his hold happily. "Hey," he hummed softly. "Feel better?"

Adrien smiled sleepily at his husband and their child. His smile widened a bit at the that thought, eyes fluttering.

My husband. Our child.

The thought made him pull Sage closer and kiss the other man on the tip of his nose.

"A bit."

He answered quietly. Glancing at Azriel, who was playing with his wings, brushing the feathers down and fiddling with them energetically.

(no worries lol, I get it! Life can be crazy haha)

Sage had chuckled softly at Adrien's peck, before pressing a kiss to his forehead and humming lightly. "good," he mused happily, keeping an eye on Az but mostly just looking at Adrien. It still seemed so...crazy...that he was here, with a family. It was wonderful.

Adrien chuckled quietly, keeping a hold on Sage, close to his side, and ruffling through bit of hair Azriel had. Azrirl had begun growing jet black hair with hints of blond strands throughout. His eyes had also taken on a dark red color with gold around the retinas. He was certainly going to be handsome.
