Sage blinked slowly. "Why does it make you feel bad physically," he asked, not sure how those things worked. "Besides, we can always go off on our own and do it if you want," he pointed out with a shrug.

Remy shrugged. "Its hurts for everyone... they just brush it off because it's exciting for them," he mumbled. He shook his head. "No... I can do it myself... it's okay," he sighed.

Sage cocked his head slightly with a slight wrinkle to his nose. "That doesn't sound very exciting to me," he noted. Being sick like that just to release stuff randomly into the water? Didn't sound very pleasant. But he nodded and squeezed remy. "Alright," he noted gently. Then his nose wrinkled. "Although I might have to do it too, in which case I'll need you with me,* he admitted sheepishly

Remy shook his head. "You won't do it. It's instinct for me, you're human, you're instincts are different.

Sage hummed and nodded. "True...I'm not sure how these spells work though," he pointed out. "Besides, you figured out human reproduction just fine," he added with a shrug. There really was no telling as to what could happen

Remy shook his head. "No, its different," he muttered. "You won't. It's instinct. I got the whole human thing, but it wasn't what my body was telling me to do. I could teach you, but your body won't understand, it won't be the same. The spell is only for the tail and gills," he explained. "Either way, i want to be alone when I go through with it,"

Sage nodded thoughtfully. "Maybe that's a good thing," he thought out loud. He nodded when he said he wanted to be alone though, brows furrowing in worry but accepting what he wanted. "Alright," he noted. "When...when should I expect you to go? And for how long?" He just wanted to know what would happen so he didn't freak out and mess anything up or...he wasn't sure.

Remy shrugged. "I'll go on the night of the gathering. I'll just be away for the night, be back in the morning," he sighed. Remy always went on the night of the gathering. The merfolk would hand out pink starfish to those who were invited, which was everyone, accept him. And on one night, everyone would gather in the town square for the gathering. Remy always went on that night so he didn't have to see what he had never been able to participate in because he was never accepted.

Sage hummed softly and nodded. "Alright," he noted. He sort of glanced back out the window for a moment before patti g remys side lightly. "Well, I told then, we'll just rest, yeah," he hummed. "What do you want for breakfast," he added, sort of moving back towards the bed and tugging Remy with him gently.

Remy let Sage move him where he liked. He shrugged. "Im not hungry," he muttered.
