Marco was silent, apologizing without thinking. "Sorry, I know I treated you bad, i'm sorry." |

"It's fine." She responded. "I just needed a minute." |

"Yeah just...yeah....sorry.." He murmured, dragging a hand down his face. |

"It's fine. If you want, you wanna... go to a horse auction with me? It's a kill pen auction, I wanted to rescue some new project horses." |

"Sure, sounds fun." He noted, standing before crossing into his room and pulling a shirt on. |

Once at the auction, she looked at the horses there, all in various stages of trauma and abuse. "Poor babies." She muttered. "Go ahead and see if you want any for yourself. I got a trailer that hauls 40+ horses." |

He nodded, walking off and looking for any prospects. A bay roan quarter horse gelding caught his eye, head low, skinny, conformation wasn't the greatest....yet Marco saw something in him, deciding to bid. |

"Poor babies." She frowned, rubbing on a Percheron stallion's muzzle. |

Marco got into a bidding war with the man trying to buy the gelding, glancing over once with daggers in his eyes as the two went back and forth, the price quickly climbing. |

Liliana placed a bid of 30k for that gelding, and she won him for Marco. "He's yours." She stated. |
