Teluva stepped closer to the others in the herd, almost coming into the middle of the group. She wouldn't dare to go on the outside, since the Duo might notice her, and head her off from the herd. However, she wasn't very comfortable in large groups such as these; she never knew what to do. Raising her head nervously, the grey mare stood still, looking very uncomfortable surrounded by multiple horses. She was a loner at heart, and tried to avoid such gatherings as this, but sometimes circumstances forced her to hide in large crowds, where she would be harder to see. Unfortunately, her coat did not blend in very well with her surroundings due to it being a very light color. Thankfully, a few of the horses in the herd also had lighter coats, so she was somewhat comforted by that fact.

As she stood there, unsure of what to do, she caught sight of an extremely large stallion confronting one of the Duo. I've never seen him before. What is he doing? Is he trying to get rid of the competition? Well, even if he succeeds, he can't possibly go up against the entire herd. He is rather large though. Tel thought as she watched the goings on with anxiety. She was increasingly worried about how it was going to end up, and was terrified of what would happen if the Duo or the huge stallion were to capture the herd. The herd's outcome was likely to be her own, since she couldn't escape without being at risk of capture, and if the herd was captured, she would be as well.

River/Runaway/Lone mare/M: The herd,

River turned and looked and knowtice the fight was getting better. She then quietly watched her and then slowly came up the hill a few feet away from the edge and watched the herd and the Duo fight. She kept tence just in case some other stallion saw her and try to come at her. River glaced behind her again and quickly went back to watching.

Riptide huffed. This unusally large stallion was getting on his nerves. He felt the ground vibrate ever so slightly as the stallion raised his front half and crash down. He studied the stallion again, trying to pick out weak points. Unfortunately, it didn't seem as if the large stallion even had any. Riptide looked like a twig in comparison to the gigantic stallion. Sure, they were similar heights, but Riptide had a slimmer build. "Yeah? Tell that to someone who actually cares. The Trickster and I don't scare easily." He whinnied, pawing the ground. I could try to tire him out with agility, I bet it isn't too easy lugging that bulk around. He tensed up, ready to spring aside in case the stallion charged.

Laufey | The Duo | “The Trickster” | M: Aztec, Teluva, Feliz, herd

Laufey reared back, trying to get away from the mare’s attack but failing at doing so. His balance was lost for a moment after the blow, his legs folding as he fell forwards, managing to steady himself before he went down all the way. He pulled himself back up quickly, shaking himself as if that would make the pain go away. Lovely, just absolutely lovely. He ignored the wetness on his muzzle, only irritated that he’d still let himself get attacked. For all his attempts at doing something, he seemed to be doing nothing but getting hurt. He couldn’t seem to do anything about her, deciding that there wasn’t much he could do about that. Instead he focused his attention on the herd again, trying to come up with a plan.

He wasn’t surprised to find the most nervous looking mares tucked into the middle of the group. One was the dun protecting the foal, a prospect that was still of interest to him, but seemed futile so he avoided putting much thought into it. Another was a grey mare with a dark shoulder, who seemed to be more than just nervous. Part of him though she looked almost uncomfortable within the herd, though he hesitated to come to that conclusion. With a better idea of the herd he began to move, making another run for the herd and nipping at the flank of one of the mares on the outer ring of the herd, attempting to scare at least one of them into running. He didn’t stay long, bolting away to avoid the large mare, weaving and distancing himself from the herd.

Aztec dodged in retaliation of his kick and falling, she turned and went halfway to the herd, she could see how deep in thought, examining the herd. She was watching elsewhere when The Trickster bolted for the herd, it pushed forward, stumbling forward and moving in an uncordinated way.

As he bolted she ran out and bit his flank, lighter then his muzzle though. She retaliated by running to the herd and making sure that the filly was okay, otherwise she might be facing some time of wrath. -

Jumping forward to make the heed slow down and stop and swerved to check the herd, though most of the ones on the ouside had been the ones on the inside, she ignored that and pushed the dun mare out of the way to push the filly back to the center of the herd. Coming around to face Laufey, she stood very angry looking and stomped her hoof. "Coward.." she said bluntly and quiet.

Feliz watched as the Bachelor ran around the herd and nipped one of the outside mares, in a jolt they all moved forward, some were pushed on the outside of the herd, including herself and the foal, she helped push it back with the help of Aztec, she she had been pushed away from the herd and couldn't get back in because they were being so tightly packed, she was stuck on the outside, but Aztec was facing off the Bachelor who made the herd move, then she looked at the shire, he still surprised her with his muscled, tall body. She was staring, but she looked away, definitely shouldn't have been staring.

Laufey was hardly phased by her comment, seeming mostly bored by it. “Coward? You couldn’t have come up with a better insult?” He hardly cared whether he was seen as a coward or not, only whether he was able to win. If that meant acting like a coward, then so be it. He didn’t stay around much longer after speaking, trotting away whilst watching the mare in preparation for an attack.

He had noticed one of the mares had been pushed to the outside, though he didn’t show much of a reaction. He was stuck debating whether to separate her from the herd now or to wait, worrying that waiting would mean passing up this chance. He chose to take that chance, charging towards the herd and forcing himself between the dun mare and the rest of the herd, nipping at the mare’s flank and side to force her away from the group.

Aztec let out a nicker of disapproval, before kicking her hooves out in a half rear. She was prepared for his bolt, but she thought he was coming for her, then he went past and to the herd. It took her a few seconds to long to realize what he was doing, he had pulled the dun mare off the herd and was pushing her away from safety, she jolted awake and hit a gallop fast. She ran straight into him, twisting midrun and slamming her hips into his flanks, she slid to a stop, but Feliz kept running past and swerved to a place to stop and she couldn't see a safe way to the herd.

Feliz watched as Aztec faced off the strange bachelor, then not expectedly he bolted towards Aztec, then he ran past and brushed between her and the herd, she took off terrified, speedily running, then Aztec came after him, hitting him, she slowed down and stopped, unsure if she could make it to the herd with the Duo on either side and a huge stallion on one side, she paused, standing there with her ears pinned, the temptation of bolting and running as far as she could was scary but she tried to hold off on her instincts.

River/"Runaway"/lone/M: The Duo, The herd.

River never really considered joining a herd. She always been a loner, even with her mother alive and well in her own herd. She been kicked out for defeting a batchular stallion from getting two young foals. She never really understood that lead stallion and left happily. She didn't really had anyfriends growing up and quietly moved on without much trouble. She watched as one of the Duo stallions got a mare away from the herd and some odd reason felt sorry for the mare. Everyone knew there was a small chance of her exscaping back to her herd. Everyone knew the Famous Duo. They won't stop until they get what they want. She barely excaped from them a few days ago when they picked up her sent. She stayed still though. She wanted to interfear but she knew there would be trouble if she did. Her golden brindle coat shone in the sun and she quickly went back down the hill. Her coat gave her the most trouble anyways. "Color, thats what they want, color." she said angerly to herself and stocked off.

Beau heard some strange noises over the horizon while grazing with his foal Yukon. He rushed Yukon into some bushes to hide, then slowly crept over the horizon to see what all the fus was about. It was very hard to make out what was going on, due to the jumble of horses. He watched from a distance as some fights broke out. Wondering if he should help to defend the mares. Too worried about Yu he headed back over the hill to check on him, still cowering in the bushes. Beau gently kneeled down and reassured him everything would be ok. Then they both headed farther into the feilds to get away from the mess. Beau was just not feeling like dealing with that today. Which was out of character, normally he will charge head first to help mares in need. This time he had a foal to think about... he couldn't risk it, not today. If the trouble came to him he would handle it accordingly. Beau managed to calm Yu down, with a bit of frolicing and muching on tasty berries. It will still hard for Beau to shake what was going on with the herd. Wanting to sprint over and help he knew that would be a bad idea. His and Yukons ears twitching with every sound of struggle. Yukon looked over and said "Why don't you go over there and help? I will be just fine hiding." Beau huffed knowing very well he would not be ok. Yu just turned his head an stomped off. Beau shook his head at the young foal as he followed him.

River/Lone/Mare/"Runaway"/M: Beau, Yukon

River stop dead still as she watched a Stallion and foal walked into some bushes. She watched as the stallion left the foal and started to race up the hill and she raced behind so other bushes hoping he didn't see her but knew it still could be a chance he did. River then watched the stallion going back to the bushes again and she breathed sighlently.
