Makes sense. My SD breeding program dwindled from 200+ mares to around 50 cause the improvement is so slow I barely see it. It takes years, other breeds are a bit more responsive.

Despite breeding RID for more than a year, I consider them way less developed than other breeds, so that makes them hard to breed and difficult to reach any LB outside the breed. Definitely not a beginner breed.
