Roundworms is what the vet is speculating. He tested negative for everything except worms 😭 She claimed he was dewormed which I know doesnt always guarantee anything but the fact that he was so sick from them I dont believe her at all 😭 Th vet even said if he was wormed as much as she said he wouldnt have been this bad
