Sage wandered around for a while until he found himself at the lake. He sat down and watched the fish and birds and everything for a while, which was sort of nice. He never really got to relax at all....he was always worried about one thing or the other. And he was still plenty worried about plenty of stuff, but it was nice to have a moment. Even if sitting screwed his mind over. But watching things distracted him a bit. Soon enough though, the sun was starting to come up so he made his way back to the barns to start working.

Chloe watched the window and didn't say a word. This worried ghost because Chloe had been so talkative with him. "Hey savage, can we call you rocket" ghost asked trying to get Chloe to talk. "Yeah sure" Chloe said. When they arrived at the base Chloe was asleep again. When they turned a corner Chloe fell over and ghost steadied her. Chloe ended up leaning on Ghost.

Sage wandered around, feeding and watering the horses for a while before grabbing the first horse, a big bay mare, to exercise. He didn't really have the mental energy or physical energy to do much, but he couldn't afford to loose his job either. Though, he supposed chloe was his boss now. And, she was leaving. Which meant he might not have a job anyway. And that scared him.

Ghost tried waking up Chloe but Chloe was in a deep sleep. Ghost picked up Chloe and took her to her barrack, which was in between kiögn's and ghost's. Soap put all Chloe's stuff in her room and went to dinner. Chloe woke up and walked to the dinner room and saw all the guys looking at her. She saw ghost jealous look and price stood up "guys this is Chloe werth and she's our newest recruit" price said. "I thought this was a team of boys" gaz said and Chloe shifted nervously "so what, she's good with a gun" ghost piped in looking Chloe straight in the eye.

Sage just sort of continued to work mindlessly, hoping to take his mind off of everything but really failing to do so. He sighed in frustration after a while of riding the horses, wishing he could go back to just shutting all his emotions down and away. Why couldn't he do that now? He didn't understand. He eventually just went to sit with chaos in his paddock, trying to actually slenjoy something. Or at least not seem so lonely.

Chloe went to the gun range and practiced. She didn't realise any of the team come in. After she had finished the team looked at her amazed. Ghost was leaning on the wall arms crossed. You could tell he was impressed but you had gotten embarrassed so she quickly walked back to her room.

Sage sat with chaos for a while before putting his halter on and hopping on. He had to exercise him, and maybe it would take his mind off of Chloe. He wasn't sure why he was so upset she'd gone...but he had liked her, and he had to admit he was a bit jealous of this ghost guy.

Ghost knocked on Chloe's door. "Rocket u alright" he asked his British accent thick. Chloe sat against the door having a panic attack. "Yeah.." she said quietly. Ghost didn't believe her so he opens the door. Chloe fell back a bit and ghost helped her up. Ghost hugged Chloe trying to calm her down. "Hey it's ok" he said. Chloe had always had some animal or something to help her with her panic attacks but now she had nothing. "What's wrong and how can I help?" Ghost asked. "I usually h-have a d-dog or h-horse to help" Chloe explained. "Ok, I'll be back" ghost said as he walked out. "Price" ghost said. "I need a favour" he said. "What is it ghost" price replied. "It's about rocket" ghost said. "The new recruit?" Price asked "yes captain" ghost said "what is it about Lieutenant." Price asked. "Well she needs a dog, can we get her a German shepherd?" Ghost asked. Price nodded and gave ghost the keys to the young German shepherds. "She can train one" price said. Ghost nodded and picked out a beautiful little German shepherd.

Sage felt himself relax a little bit as he and chaos trotted along through the fields under the stars. It helped set his mind at ease a little bit. He didn't feel as lonely, he supposed. He missed Chloe, but he supposed he'd just have to get over it. He should be more worried that without her, he may loose the job. And he couldn't. But....if Chloe wasn't in charge then grace might be coming back. And that might be even worse.
