Ryker looked at Lisa with a small sigh, walking over. "If you want to help me help Phoenix, you can, otherwise you should rest." He said gently, placing a hand on Lisa's shoulder before turning to the horse. He walked over and knelt beside Phoenix, gently storking the horse's neck whilst observing the wound. "It is not fatal, so if we care for him properly, he'll be fine." Ryker commented, exchanging a few words with the vet. They then patched up the wound the best they could and urged Phoenix onto his feet. It obviously hurt the horse, but there wasn't anything Ryker could do. He and the vet helped Phoenix to a stall where the stallion/gelding leaned against the wall and locked his knees, his eyelids drooping. The vet told Ryker what to do before leaving. The bullet had gone all the way through so the only thing that was neccesary was cleaning the wound, and of course stitching it up. Ryker hauled in a hucket of water and hung it up, but took out all hay so that the horse didn't accidentally choke. He went outside the stall and leaned on the door, looking in with a sad gaze before Qibli walked up. "Me too, Qibli. Me too." Ryker replied quietly. +++ Qibli squeezed Desiree's shoulder. "It'll be alright. Come on, you can stay by Phoenix and I'll get some water for you." He said quietly, glancing at Lisa with a cringe. He really didn't know what to do. Qibli stood and walked into the barn, checking on the horse and looking at Ryker who stood outside the stall looking in. "I hope he gets better fast." He commented. After that was said Qibli disappeared into the tackroom and came out with three cups of water. He handed one to Ryker, one to Desiree, and then went outside. "Are you okay? Well, stupid question. Is there anything I can do to help?" He asked Lisa tenatively, offering a cup of water to her as well. |

"I'm fine." She snaps standing up and wiping her arm across her face. She turns on her heel and hurries to her room. She couldn't do it... she sniffed and sat down on the ground in front of her cabin. She pulled out her phone tapping on her family's group chat. She forgets her father's in the chat, typing, "Hey, I need a break. Mind if I come visit?" I send it and set my phone down. Taking a deep breath and looking up. "Their reactions confirmed it. They don't think I should cry. Desiree cried and she was comforted. I got nothing..." she mutters. Tucking in another breath and dropping her hair back against the cabin wall. She closes her eyes. -Breath...- she thought. Trying desperately to steady her breathing. |

Qibli's gaze dropped as Lisa hurried away to her cabin. He didn't know how to help. Would she just get angry if he tried to comfort her? To her he was probably just a hinderence, someone that didn't matter. He literally had just met her, so why not. He had gotten this feeling a lot, but he had hoped it would stop after he left school... but yet again, Qibli was feeling anxious about not being able to help and depressed about being rejected. Again. What had he done wrong this time? What was he supposed to change? His chest ached as he thought about this, his eyes glinting with sadness as he decided Ryker and Desiree could make sure Phoenix was okay. Qibli strode sideways, walking into the forest and going to the closer creek. He sat down on a rock, dropping his head into his hands with a groan. "What did I do wrong this time? I hate myself- nothing I ever do suffices for anyone." Qibli growled to himself. |

Alaska had been working at the stable, improving Clown's skills, and wishing she had someone to talk to for way too long now. Caden- er- Cade had gone on a trip and now she was bored out of her mind. She had noticed that two other girls joined, and of course that one boy that was always hanging around seemed attatched to them already. +Probably has *I want someone to actually like me* issues+ Alaska thought, emptying a bucket of water into Sea Clown's stall bucket. She patted the mare's neck as she thought. Days later she heard a truck drive into the driveway, glancing out to see who it was. Against her will, her eyes lit up when she noticed it was Cade's white F-150. As he walked in she smiled, grabbing Clown's bridle. "Definitely ready, it is like the Saharan desert out today. How have you been, I haven't seen you in a while." Alaska inquired, slipping the bridle on and leading the mare out near where Cade and his horse were standing. |

(Sorry i'm typing late, I was ony my mini dirt bike all day lol) - {Third Person/Desiree} - "She looked to Qibli with a smile on her face and a slight twinkle in her eyes, She got up and followed him into the barn but instead she walked to Phoneix's stall, She opened it and gently walked in but got a harsh reply from the gelding, "Hey your fine, I'm not Maverick" she said and gently walked to Phoneix, She placed her hand out for him to sniff and she smiled when he layed his head in her hand, She looked to Qibli with a smile taking the water from his hands "Thanks", She said and gently blushed to herself before looking to Phoneix, "Is he ever gonna ask me out boy" she said to her horse making sure Qibli could hear it, She really liked the boy and hoped he felt the same way about her, She sighed placing her water down in the corner of Phoneix's stall and sitting down beside it, She rested her head on the stall wall and let out a quick breath" |

Qibli stared at the ground with his head cradled in his hands for about 5 minutes longer before deciding that he needed to be done moping. Others would benefit from him being there more than he would from sitting on his hind end. Something Desiree had said when he was leaving bothered him a little bit- he hadn't completely caught it but he thought that she was murmuring to Phoenix and said something along the lines of wanting him to ask her out. Which was surprising, cause he sucked and noticing any signs of interest in anyone. Qibli pondered that as he walked back then whisked the thought out of his mind, deciding this wasn't the time to think about it. "Hey Desiree- how are you holding up?" He inquired as he leaned up against the stall door. |

{Third Person/Desiree} - "She turned her head quickly and blushed "I'm alright" she said looking to him, "Phoneix is doing good and seems fine" she said waiting just waiting for Qibli to ask her, She pushed it out her mind realizing he might not ask her, She thought to herself maybe he was nervous to do so, She chuckled at the thought before getting up and patting Phoneix on the neck, She then walked out and smiled to Qibli before thinking of what to say, "Wanna go for a walk' she asked looking to him" |

Qibli nodded. "That's good." He commented, letting out a small breath. "I'm glad he's doing okay... that could have been really bad so however bad it sounds I'm glad it went the way it did. Phoenix recovering is the most important thing right now." He said quietly in his normal voice, a below average level of volume. "Sure. Fresh air sounds great right about now." Qibli offered a weak smile and opened the stall door for Desiree, walking out. |

(I ain't gonna lie, I'm simping for Desiree and Qibli lol, I already have a ship name, It's Debli) - {Desiree's Pov} - "I smiled when Qibli said yeah to the walk and then blushed when he opened the stall door for me, "I didn't know you were a softie" i said joking around with him and gently smirking, I began walking towards the trail i wanted us to walk on, I gently smirked to myself since this trail was very pretty and had lots of trees of different colors along with a little creek, I slowed down so Qibli could catch up to me since i was a pretty fast walker, I wanted to hold his hand but i was afraid of being turned down and him saying no to the idea, I then placed my hair in a messy bun and listened to the sounds of the horses and birds" |

LOL yeah, if Qibli can get over his *I shouldn't get close to anyone cause I just hurt them* phase)) - Qibli snorted softly and shook his head. "And I didn't know being a normal person was being a softie. I guess I'm just old school, all gentleman and like." He joked back, making sure the latch was firmly in its place before striding after Desiree. With his longer legs he kept up pretty well, but he did tend to be a slow walker. Qibli usually just ambled along, pondering things as he looked around. He had to kick it into second gear to keep up with the smaller female. He was definitely pleased with the trail she picked- it always had a lot of color and animals, and was one of his favorite trails on the premise. Qibli's silver-looking eyes darted from side to side as he observed the forest, the dark trunks looming high into the sky before spreading with green crowns and the colorful bushes dotting the landscape. |
