Moon looked angrily at Aurora. "I dunno, maybe we could race," Moon suggested, almost sarcasticly, "and YOU could win again." This last part was enforced with a tone of sharpness that had been hiding inside Moon ever since the cross-country race. "And YOU only want to race because YOU'RE going to win, like ALWAYS!" She shouted, and turned, cantering away from Aurora. "Leave me alone!" She cried over her shoulder, glaring.

Aurora looked stunned as Moon yelled at him, he never wanted to make Moon upset. He stumbled over his words saying "I only wanted to race with you cause your fun... I'm sorry for wining but I didn't really care about the win as much..." He was able to get that out before Moon cantered away. Aurora lowered his head to the ground while dragging his feet walking to the rim of the valley to be alone

Moon no longer cared about moving. All she wanted was to GET AWAY from this place, this herd, where... Where... Where what? Where I got angry for no reason at Aurora? But before Moon could decide what to do, she realized that she did not know where she was. She didn't even know what direection she had come from!

Phantom looked behind West, she saw Moon all angry yelling at Aurora before stormimg out of the valley. She jumped up immediately saying "That can't be good... West turn around" She nudged her head in the direction of Moon running off, her face went from smiling to worried within seconds "She could get lost out there, she's not familiar enough with the area around the valley" Phantom stomped her foot anxiously while flicking her tail

Even though Moon was lost, she kept cantering and cantering until she couldn't go any farther. By now it was evening, and the bats were coming out, which meant owls.

West looked at Phantom. "Well-" he got cut off when he heard Moon start yelling. West' side ears pinned as he whirled around in time to see Moon running away.. out of the valley. West flicked his tail anxiously and took off, cantering out of the valley and sniffing the air. "Moonwatcher!" He bellowed, listening to his cries echo off the valley walls. West ran out a little further, sniffing for a scent trail and looking in all directions. "MOONWATCHER!" He cried again, listening for an answer
