Dixie was frightened by his sudden anger in his voice. she stepped back. "i... i'm sorry" she said as she stepped back again. Macy stepped back too, clearly apalled. Scarlet turned and ran over to Mystery, hiding behing her. Dixie gulped as she turned and laid by the stream. she watched her reflection as she studied the emotions in her eyes: anger, fright, sadness. she sat by herself as Macy walked over to Mystery and Scarlet

West let out a deep, shuddering breath. Yeah that didn't feel right... no no no this was bad. It was good that both mares backed down but he didn't want them to ... be afraid of him or something. West's ears pinned slightly at that horrible thought. He walked up to Dixie, first. "No... Im sorry. I shouldn't have gotten angry... I just don't like it when mares fight... it makes me sad. I really am sorry Dixie, can you please forgive me?" West asked, his face a mask or worry and sadness. Why...

Phantom walked back under her favorite tree not wanting to get in the middle of the mares fighting. It also wasn't her place to yell at the two to stop, even tough she wanted too. She watched as both mares walked off leaving West standing there. Pahntom could only imagine what the fights would look be like if they continued to fight over West

she gave a slight nod as she stood and stared at him for a second. -i wonder if anyone has done this...- she thought as she gave his neck a soft touch with her muzzle as if she was thinking of nuzzling him or butting him with her nose. she chose the inbetween. Macy told Mystery the whole story and Scarlet put her two cents in when necessary

Mystery nodded in understanding after what Macy and Scarlet told her "are you ok?" She asked a little worried

West accepted that as a yes. "Please excuse me for a moment... or two... or a lot, then." He muttered, limping off as quickly as he could towards the valley Rim. He climbed to the top and stayed there, staring out iver the plains. What.., really ... happened? West tried to think over why it happened, what happened, and how to prevent it. This was all very confusing to him... he most definitely did not think like a mare.

Dixie dropped her head "ok..." she felt like she just made life worse for the other horses. she slowly waked as far as she could from every other horse without leaving he safety of the valley. she laid down and watched the butterflies as they fluttered about. -how could i scare him and even my older sister awy like that...?- she laid her head on the grass with a sigh. she hated herself right now

Phantom watched West limp off he seemed frustrated and confused, like really confused. She shook her mane before dipping her head down and closing her eyes to rest. She was just going to stay out of it, it was going to be best for herself, West, and the mares.
