Mystery looked back at the herd then back at Tiger "Well I can't just leave you... What if a wolf or cougar attack you, no offence but.. You don't look like you'd come out of another fight alive" Mystery was wary around stallions, but she didn't want ANY horse to get hurt

"Yea, well fighting is a stallion life..so shoo" he said, "you being here, near me, will cause a lot of trouble with your herd, last thing you need to be doing is helping a rouge, like me" he said lazily

Mystery nodded "Oh ok" she turned and slowly headed back to the herd

West glanced back to Phantom. "Well I just don't understand how mares think." He shrugged, flicking his tail and glancing back at Tiger and Mystery. "Dixie was embarrassed to talk to me or something... why? I'm just another horse, it doesn't matter what ,t gender is." West snorted. He knew Phantom probably wouldn't understand... or she would get angry at him for not understanding. He swished his ears, hesitating to finish

Phantom looked back at West "Sometimes I don't even understnad how mares think" She chuckled sfotly thinking about it before continuing "I got two pretty good guesses as to why she's shy to talk to you..." She glanced over at Dixie "One she's just a really shy horse... or.. Two which is my strongest guess is that she likes you..." She looked backat West to see what his reaction was

West tipped his head and listened to what Phantom said. On her last comment... he didn't know exactly what to say. "Either I'm very dim... or I really don't think about those things..." West said slowly, almost to himself. The more he thought about it, the more he realized that was probably.. right. It was a slightly disturbing thought.

Phantom glanced down at the ground "Nahh your just slow just like how you race" She was trying to lighten the mood since he looked a bit uncomfortable at her last comment

West flicked his ears. "That didn't exactly help." He snorted, turning his head to look back iver where Mystery, Dixie, and Tiger were. He tipped his head slightly, thinking.

Tiger neighed out in pain, but it wasn't a call, it was a plea to the all father,
| |

Mystery got back in the herd and reared up to stretch her legs
