Rosalie rolled her eyes. A few hours later, Remy woke groggily.

Sage did his best to rest, but it was hard knowing Remy had been badly hurt. When he saw him open his eyes, he pretty well bolted out of bed, half swimming half crawling over to remys side, looking him over anxiously despite his own wounds which were definitely mad at him now. "Are you ok," he sort of breathed, hands moving gently over his body and then grabbing his hand. "God, what were you thinking, going in unarmed and untrained like that," he scolded, clearly just worried, as he curled up next to him as he'd said it.

Remy was still weak. "Yeah," he rasped. "I'm okay, I think," He looked down when Sage scolded him. "Sorry... I just wanted to protect you and the egg,"

Sage let out a soft breath when Remy responded, just curling around him with a slight wince. "I know," he sighed. "Thank you," he added, pressing a kiss to his cheek.

Remy held onto Sage tight, kissing his cheek back.

Sage couldn't help but laugh at their situation after a moment. "This is rediculous," he mused after a moment. Though, his mind caught up after a moment and he peered back over at Rosaline. "Where....where exactly are we anyway," he asked

"My kelp forest," Rosalie replied, fanning the egg. Remy drifted back off in Sages arms.

Sage nodded, tightening his hold on Remy as he drifted off again. "Thank you," he noted softly. "Can...is there any way you could find our friend, Ally? She was run off too," he noted. "She might be hurt," he added. He was tired, but ally had given them this egg, and he felt terrible she'd lost everything too

Rosalie nodded. "I can find her, but you'll have to look after the egg,"

Sage nodded, shifting with a grunt and taking it gently from Rosaline. "I can manage until he wakes up," he agreed. He was tired, and he hurt. A lot. But no doubt ally was also hurting, and he wanted this to all work out.
