" ughhh your no fun" he said as he got up

Lucille pouted, just staying quiet as she got dressed.

" I was joking by the way " he said knowing she took it the wrong way

"Yeah, whatever," she muttered tossing him his keys. "Cmon, we're late,"

He caught the keys " I'm not leaving until you know it was 100%joking"

Lucille gave him a look, turning on her heel and walking out. She tacked up Truffle and rode her to school. It didn't matter if it was a joke or not, it hurt.

He sighed , another problem he created right after he some what fixed the other one, he walked out to his truck and got in and hooked up to a horse trailer just in case he might be able to fix this during school after he hooked up the trailer he drove to the school and parked and walked inside

Lucille rode to school, turning Truffle out in the school paddocks. She entered school, going straight to her locker and straight to class, right back to being no one. She didn't have friends beyond Leim and his friends and without Leim, his friends didn't speak to her.

Leim walked into the school then his friends started to ask questions about why Lucille came here alone and if they had broken up

Lucille sat silently through her classes, sadness creeping in and replacing her anger with Leim. She was still upset with him, but now she just wanted to cry. When lunch rolled around, she didn't go to the cafeteria, instead she went outside and had lunch with Truffle. Lucille poked at her food, Truffle grazed, Lucille shared some of her apple with Truffle.
