May returned with harry and put him in the tie-ups next to J. The farrier had started shoeing J, as well as trimming his nails. May gave Harry a quick brush down, as his flank was caked with dust. Leaving the farrier and barn manager to it, he got up and gathered feed for both J and Harry, making up the hay, oats, and various other supplements before putting each buckets in separate stalls.
