Sage just moved forward to peck remys lips softly, offering him a small smile, setting the bottle to the side. "How are we going to do this," he asked softly. He was talking about them, but mostly because Remy clearly couldn't stay on land.

Remy sighed. "I dunno... I can do some digging around, try to figure something out,"

Sage pursed his lips with a nod. He was already starting to shiver again, though he didn't really care. At least the alcohol was doing something decent for him. "I can't leave you," he noted softly. "But I also can't stand seeing you sick like this."

"I can't leave you either," he said softly. "Let me see what I can do, but you hafta get out of the water, your lips are turning blue,"

Sage just bit his lip, knowing Remy was right but not wanting to leave his arms. "I'm ok," he noted, but when Remy insisted, he forced himself to get up and go take a warm shower, change into warm clothes, and then try and find some sort of breakfast for them.

"Okay," he hummed. "Im gonna go for a swim,"

Sage nodded, pecking Remy's lips and then moving out of the water. He took his time showering and warming up and such, so Remy would also have pletny of time to swim. Eventually, he wandered back out with lunch for the two of them though, as well as some drinks. He was sipping at coffee in an attempt to sober up a bit, too.

Remy swam out, way, way out. There was supposed to be a elder out here somewhere. He dove down deep, thousands of feet under the surface, somewhere hed never dare to take Sage because of the pressure, lack of oxygen and the darkness. Remys tail began to glow in the darkness, the bioluminescence creating the only light down here. There was a cavern, deep, deep in the ocean. Remy dove down, finding his secret trove, full of all the treasures hed found around the world he didnt dare sell. He entered his cavern, full of sparkling jewels and pearls. Remy found what he was searching for quickly, a long string of queen conch navy pearls, the rarest type of pearl. It was Remys prize possession, but he'd give anything to stay with Sage.

Sage didn't see any sign of Remy when he wandered back out, but that was ok. He just settled down on the beach to wait, using his fingers to comb through his now washed and very wet hair, pulling it into a loose braid that hung down his back to let it dry without it being all over the place. Then he just leaned against a tree trunk that was near the waters edge, just....relaxing for a while as he sipped the drink he had in his hands.

Remy laced the sting of rare pearls around his torso tightly and emerged from the cavern. He swam down even further, way down to the sea floor, entering a kelp forest and swimming through it, until he found her. He bowed before the elder. "Mlady," he clicked through his gills. The woman turned to him, she was thousands of years old, but her complexion still was as if she was 30. "Good afternoon, youngling. What brings you here today?" She clicked back. Remy rose. "I need a spell," Remy explained. "I have fallen in love, with a human boy, but i cannot stay on land with him for I will get sick," the elder was intrigued. "A human male? But you are of the same gender," she questioned. Remy bowed his head. "I know mlady. But I have not loved before, and he is my life, I love him more than my life," Remy explained. "Hm. What will be your payment? Spells are highly pricy," she tsked. Remy pulled the stand of pearls off himself and presented it to her. "Queen conch blue pearls," Remy said, handing her the strand. "Mm, beautiful," the woman smiled. "Very well, take me to this boy you speak of," she demanded, wrapping the pearls around her waist, like a sash. Remy nodded, leading her up to the surface and to the beach where the two of them made their way onto the beach. "Sage, this is Rosalie, one of our elders. She might be able to help us," Remy explained to the boy.
