Sage wished he could convince him otherwise, like Remy had done for him before, but he knew how it worked. He'd have to come to terms with his own value himself. "You're tired. Hurting. Why don't you try to get some rest," he said instead. "You'll feel better about yourself in the morning," he added gently.

Remy grumbled, burying his face into Sages chest and drifting off.

Sage was glad when he felt Remy fall asleep, letting out a soft sigh. At least he could rest....Remy would need it. Sage just curled around him, holding him tightly as he drifted off himself.

Sage sort of half drifted into a half asleep half awake stage until he grew hungry. When that happened, he slid out of bed quietly and moved to grab something small before settling back in bed again.
