Rosalie shook her head sadly. "Im sorry, honey, but all of the spells I cast are real, not illusions,"

Sage hummed softly and nodded, trying to think despite the way his brain was whirling around. "You could change either of us," he asked, and when she nodded he sighed, running his hands through his hair. "I'll talk to him about it. See what he thinks about all this," he noted softly.

Rosalie shook her head. "Honey, youre not fully a merman, I can't change you, but I can change Remy cause he's a merperson," she explained gently.

Sage nodded as she explained it, letting out a sigh after a moment. "Thanks for your time," he hummed softly. "I'll talk to remy...see what we want to do," he added

Rosalie nodded. "Of course," she dipped her head and disappeared back into her cave.

Sage swam back to their home, settling down and waiting for Remy to wake up. It was still early morning, maybe around 3 am....but he just couldn't sleep.

Remy had woken up and had been pacing around their little home, worried sick. When he came in, Remy darted right over to him, hugging him. "Where have you been?" He asked worriedly.

Sage let out a surprised squeak when Remy immediately hugged him, but hugged him back. "Talking with Rosaline," he noted softly. "Couldn't sleep so I just asked her a few questions about all this," he added, pecking Remys head. "Sorry if I worried you....you were supposed to be asleep," he added with a small chuckle.

"I cant sleep when I wake up and youre just gone. You scared me," he whispered, still concerned.

Sage sighed softly and squeezed him gently. "I'm sorry," he murmured, guilt building in his stomach. He was doing pretty badly at all this. Remy was upset, and he'd just gone and scared him rather than being any help
