That's ok!! No hurry!! I got a bit behind as well!! I don't have much time to write as many lately!! Having said that, I have a few extra days this week!! Any ideas what I could write next though!! I don't really know where to go with the story next!!

I think I've caught up now, excellent blogs from you both. Thanks for sharing. :) Shall I do a random number selection for the Old Mill dressage, cross country and show jumping? Thats sounds a good idea for the dressage, cross country and Jumping. Also to add to that list, Kayleigh Barton and Moseley!!

OK, I'm really stuck on where to go with the story. I have ideas for a new character I kind of know who she is but don't know how to put her in the story. Her name is Natalia Olsson, she's from a rural part of Germany and she's the new vet at Tredon Mawr. Any ideas of what happens to her/for her in the story? She'll be like a replacement for Faye while she has her baby, but when Faye comes back, Natalia will stay on. Also, Eloise has gone to college so isn't at Tredon Mawr at the moment either. Or do you have any other ideas for another character? I really don't know where to go next!! |

As an introduction to the stables - she could find a horse/s escaped from a field possibly injured though not necessarily. or someone could pick her up from airport/station not necessarily Tristan - her horse could be stuck in the animal airport with passport problems if this is her first job since germany (? compatible vet compliances) or could get lost on the moor & found by guides or search & rescue doing training exercise though not actually looking for her. hope these help |

They are great ideas!! I had had ideas for another character to go to the vets office for something, and find her there instead of Faye. And that's like the first time they meet and the first time Natalia comes into the story. But I didn't know where to go from there. I suppose I'm not quite sure how the other characters feel about her. I don't know whether they should all get on, or all hate her for some reason, but don't know why. Any ideas would be great!! Thanks!!

Actually I have an idea. Don't want to give too much away!! But does anyone know much about vet stuff? Is there any time of machine/instrument that needs heating up/ lighting with a match? Doesn't have to be anything major. Like for a farrier, they have to head up the shoes to make them. I was just wandering if there was anything on that kind of scale that a vet would us. |

Tredon - There is an autoclave machine but vet nurses deal with them if that helps - it is used as a steriliser for instruments. You could always go oldfashioned with a metal kidney dish in top of a kitchen gas hob - trying to sterilise rubber tubes which could dry out. |
