Em - not really. Brown is a base coat. The horse would have to have a pattern of some sort, to make a re-roll worth it.

Oh duh! Because it is August. I only joined a week ago, so I was a bit confused. Thank you! Is there a reason to pay him other than to see transactions? Is it a requirement?

I think thats the only reason, but I can never keep track of anything I do, so hes my savior, LOL! Its a choice :)
