I need to expand my collection but I don't want to spend a million dollars for plastic and neoprene.

Stateline Tack, and Chicks Saddlery can have some good stuff. Also like Eve said consignment shops are great.

Consignment shops, and etsy is great for polo buying.

Ebay is your new friend. Also keep an eye out for second hand stuff online or on Facebook.

I'm not sure if car boot sales are a thing in the states but equestrian ones have tonnes of second hand stuff like that.
