I test all my higher rated KNN because of the genetic standards of the breed :}

Recently started an apricot project, so gene test all chestnuts, looking for Prlprl mares, to breed with an apricot stallion. Otherwise, no need to gene test the frames.

I do high-rated and possible breed-for-color prospects.

I am attempting to breed for apricot, ee prprl, so I test a lot of my mares to check what they are. I also love the results of the quests and will test for homozygous sets of genes, then pop the mares up for brood. I test all stallions for my benefit and for my customers. So really I am a bit of a fanatic ! It is expensive, a luxury. Edited at July 17, 2025 10:30 AM by ZeroZero
