Medi... I was going to do like a Ocean, Beach, Fishy? Kind of one but I found this background and it looked cool! <3

Ok Ok OK.... nother idea...
Snowy scene white horse with ice blue eyes/mane/tail with white wings (SNOW PEG! :D) a soft blanket of snow accumulated over the neck and back and you can see the small breath clouds coming from the nostrils. Snow falling. And the horse standing relatively still. Im picturing a 3/4 pose with butt facing viewer and the head turned to the side as looking off into the distance to the left side of the image.

Definitely Not Jello >.< I cant even find stock to use! lol When your back from Vacation you should try it because never in a million year would I finish it nor be proud of it.
