Cant remember if theres a separate button that pops up on the profile for the event
But, you can go to the persons stable page and next to their profile picture theres a button that says "Send Item", i know you can send flowers that way as well if nothing else

Flower day is just a sweet gesture to spread kindness, you can visit other stables' profiles and send them flowers. Really no monetary or competitive element to it, just sweet people being sweet people

I called about Flower day not Capture day, do you know anything about that?

During capture day the likelyhood of capturing good horses is higher than normal. The cost to capture is also less, I don't know if it's half off or 1k less, but i know capturing in the jungle is 1k instead of 2k. And on top of that there is a competition element to it, where everyone in the region with the most captures win some rerolls.
