| I don't want to shave him, but we also had a recent scare where the vet thought he may of had a blockage in his stomach and I think it was a hairball. |

| @Alyssa, my cat is on a prescription hydrolyzed diet so a hairball diet is a no-go right now. I see mixed reviews about shaving your cat to prevent hairballs. |

| Alyssa it seems like bathing them helps, as much as cats don't like water. Waldo has less hair balls now. Every so often he gets them. Kitty hasn't had any in over 7/8 months. |

| Sunni Hill's has a hairball diet, but not quite sure how much help it'll do since you seem to groom her, etc. Sometimes it's inevitable. |
