Nate grabbed his car keys and went out to his truck.

Dakota followed in her own truck
| |

Nathan Croft - Nate drove around, calling her and staying on the phone the entire time even though they never said anything. They had drove down every road in a 2 hour radius around their house, but found nothing. Finally, Nate spoke up. "Babe? Is there anyone who you know that'd take him?"

Dakota thought, her mind racing. "Um......maybe..." She muttered. "My mother"
| |

"We should check there then,"

"I honestly don't know where she went after I left"
| |

"Call your brother, see if he knows. I'm getting my son back."

Dakota understood but her breaths were shaky as she hung up with Nate and called her brother. He told her the address, not asking why Dakota wanted to go to her but just answering the question and hanging up. She called Nate and told him the address before GPS'ing to the place

Nate GPS'ed the address too. "Okay," he replied, driving.

Once they arrived, Dakota immedietly went to Nate's side, her eyes filled with her past trauma and fear of this woman
