I have two very (I think) complex art ideas that I want to be brought to life. I`m willing to pay 1.5 million to 2 million depending on the results of the artwork itself. Of course, minimum will be 1.5 million. And.. I offer two ideas for the artist to choose from. With that in mind, I can only afford one being brought to life for the time being.

~ Free Reign for Horse Colors (I think.. unless I come up with something)

~ Free Reign for Horse Build (No Ponies.. xd)

~ Two Horses (Pegasus, if possible) In The Art

~ Background Will Most Likely Be An Ocean (Mostly Sky)

~ Two Horses (I have ideas for horse coats!)

~ Free Reign for Horse Build (I have ideas for this though.. ^^)

~ Lots of Accessories (Thinking a Sword, Some Jewelry, and Silks!)

Important Edit: Idea One is being used, so we`re left with Idea Two, ^^

Second Edit: Would prefer high Tier 1, so I`m looking for artists like MVA, Mana, DD, Zomb, Gem, Grimm, and more. <3 Those were the first ones that came to mind, haha.

Adding on that I`m looking for a palette! Doesn`t have to be very fancy or special (like moving certain things around, lots of different text colors, etc.). I would love one similar to my current palette, but more dark and blue! You can post here or PM me; either works. My budget is 200k, but can increase depending on what you can do for me, ^^
