I snagged mine from the animal shelter I worked at. It was in great condition and I sprayed it liberally with a cleaner before bringing it home.
Three tier for like thirty bucks.

My cat would slide all over that wooden one and probably wouldn't use it because of the texture
He's been known to fail jumping on the couch and bed - and likes the traction of fabric/carpet to cling to as he scales the side.
He likes perching on it to look out the window at the birds, but prefers his couch for lounging
