I do SD for ones that have one discipline much greater than the others (like SSE) and anything PPP+ gets shown AD
Shamrock Equines

SDs usually have ratings like A, S, and Sub surrounding the E or W.

I unfortunately do use the BM for my SD horse haha. I still have ~300 that is not showing right now, but I don't have time for them 😔

what is AD?
Cloud Peak Stables
06:13:55 Cloud
Like Sue said, AD will make more money but also takes more time on your part. SD is easier but the horse is limited to one discipline with blocks of time where they aren't ready to compete. No one way is better for PPE/PEE/EWE type ratings.

@ Ariel, I train in AD and show starting with the best rating and when the Horse levels up in that, I show them in the next best discipline. Often they make more points and money in this way
Shamrock Equines
06:08:02 Crowley
I show SDs so highest rating gets used.

Guys, how do you show geldings that have uneven ratings, i.e. PPE, PEE, EWE, etc? AD or SD?

Same here Capp xD The SD stuff is easy enough to show by hand anyway.

Weird, they are my best money makers LOL granted I don't use the BM

There was the first patterned Lipizzan colt born at our state stud Piber this year. Little Neapolitano Fama will probably grey out but he is a sensation here. There has not been a patterned foal for over hundred years methinks:

Lipizzaners came in all colors and pattern over 200 years ago.

http://media.kunst-fuer-alle.de/img/41/g/41_00368525~_johann-georg-de-hamilton_johann-georg-de-hamilton---lippizaner.jpg

Then the greys started to take over - due to their use as "king´s horses".
But in the studbook it still says "open for all colors"

Wow, I didn't know Lipizzans could come in all colours. You learn something new every day.
