This is because of "Smart Quotes" on apple devices. I think they recently had an update on their devices.
I don't have a solution for this yet, but you can turn off smart quotes on your device. Don't ask me how. I don't own apple products.

I figured out the solution on Apple devices... at least for mobile devices like IPhone, IPads, etc.
Settings >> General >> Keyboard >> Smart Punctuation
Flip the green 'switch' off on "Smart Punctuation," hopefully that fixes the problem.. I haven't tried is as of now.

For those of you with Microsoft Word on your computers, here's how you turn off SmartQuotes. 1.Open a blank document in Word 2. Go to File>Options 3. Go to Proofing> AutoCorrect Options.... 4. Click on the tab AutoFormat As you Type, then deselect the box beside Straight Quotes to Smart Quotes. Hope this helped! :P
