The other day she told me I was putting way too many crickets in the reptile enclosures. I put in like 10 and we are supposed to put around a dozen. Then she said that is the reason one of the chameleons died .-. (The chameleon came in sick when we got it)

Right now I am just going to do as I am told and let them handle the stuff I am not allowed to do anymore. See how much longer it takes them and what doesn't get done. Let them see I am not the issue.

Realistically, I just don't think some people want others there, was more my point. And will constantly bend and morph rules to try and make you miserable.

Del,
Well, she was whiny in general, too. I was too small to pick up a german shepherd safely and refused, suddenly it was passed off as "refusing work."

Amongst other things.

One time she snapped at me for "snarking" at her when I said, in a polite tone, "alright, I understand" to something she explained.

Thats such an odd reason to fire someone lol

If thats truly how it is there, then I would start looking for a new position. Working in an environment where you have to constantly second guess yourself is stressful. Not good for the mental :)

My prior internship I got "fired" from. Why? An older lady who was overseeing me and all of my daily activities dropped a can of treats on the floor. She looked really in pain when she bent over to pick them up, so I offered to help.

She looked like I just screamed an insult at her...

But like I said there is always two workers and we do it all together. The main person I work with and do everything with is the Manager, which is the owners second in command

Sometimes people will explain how to do something one way but actually complete the task another. We dont always completely verbalize our process. There might be some unspoken rules that are at play here that you can only see if you shadow the task. Im sure this is frustrating.

Yep. That is one of the main reasons I left my last job. I worked there for almost 6 years and did everything the same way all those years which is the way I was taught and told by the owner. Then suddenly everything I was doing was wrong.

I would ask to shadow the owner or a coworker again for those tasks. Maybe a step in the task is escaping you and you don’t even realize it.

Well, the owner can't have it both ways. They can't train their employees one way, and do the same thing a different way. It's just gonna confuse, and piss off said workers. They get paid to do what they're trained to do.

The American Bucking Bull

American Bucking Bulls (ABBs), is a registered cattle breed created through careful reproduction of parents with documented genetics. ABBs are bred specifically to compete in the PBR and are products of an elite breeding program that selects for genetically superior bucking. Most bucking bulls average a 2-4 year professional career with some competing for as many as 10 years. Post-retirement, bulls live out the remainder of their life as a stud. Eventually, passing of natural causes around 15 years old.

PBR

(PBR) is an international professional bull riding organization. It is the largest bull riding league in the world, sanctioning hundreds of events every year in the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Australia.

Rules:

1. Bulls can be bred up to 30 times.

2. Cows can be bred up to 15 times. The cow must be retired after 15 breedings. Extra calves do not take up extra slots!

3. If you plan to breed to someone else's bovine you must have their permission!

4. If you allow someone else to breed to your Cow you are opting out of receiving a calf for that breeding. They will lose 1 breeding slot.

5. You may offer your bovine up for public stud/brood. You can accept an ITEM trade if it is offered to you. If you are requesting to use someone's slot please consider offering something for it. :) (NO EBS! It can get messy!)

6. Public Studs/Broods that have 0% fertility will automatically be removed from the board.

7. Cows can not be entered into the rodeo.

8. Please do NOT send ebs for breedings using another players Cow/Bull until I mail you acknowledging the breeding request. I will contact you when I am ready!

PSA - I am not responsible for any trades. That is between you and the other party. If I feel that the allowance of trade is a problem I reserve the right to prohibit any/all trading for slots within this forum.

Fertility:

Cows and Bulls purchased directly from the PBR contractor will come with a 100% fertility rate.

Fertility for COWS will decrease by increments of 4 with each breeding.
Fertility for BULLS will decrease by increments of 2 with each breeding.
*If a cow has 100% fertility it will retire at 40% fertility. (Without Item use)
*If a bull has 100% fertility it will retire at 40% fertility. (Without Item use)

Cows and Bulls that are bred by you will have a randomized fertility of 100-50%. The fertility of both parents at the time of the breeding will factor into the offspring's fertility rating.

A Cow's fertility will affect the likelihood of her giving birth to more than 1 calf. If your cow has a low fertility rate (Under 50%) it is advised that you do not opt in for twins/triplets. Only opt in if you have purchased a Fertility Grain or Blend!

*Fertility Blends are NOT required to roll twins/triplets. They only increase your chances.

Bull fertility will have no affect on your chances of twins/triplets.

{All relevant Stats will be updated during each breeding.}

PBR Events - BULLS ONLY:

You may enter your bulls into the Rodeo. They will compete 10 times before retiring to pasture.

Your bull will receive a randomized score of 1-8 for all 10 shows. The lower the number the better your bull performed at the rodeo.
(This means that he was able to buck his rider under 8 seconds.)

Your bull's bucking score will influence how well his male offspring will perform in rodeos. This will work by looking at the string of 10 scores the sire received.

The number that shows up the most is the number that will be used when spinning the Wheel of Fortune.

Example: The sire has a median score of 5. 1 will be the minimum and 5 will be the maximum bucking score possible for all his future offspring. The cycle will then continue with the next generation.

If you are unhappy with your bull's median you can have him rescored for a fee. You may only request a rescore once per bull.

In the event there is no Median or there is a Tie between 2 numbers your bull will automatically be rescored for free.

{The entry fee will cover all 10 shows!}

There are a lot of details that I will have to keep up with. If I make a mistake or forget something please KINDLY let me know!

This is my first interactive adopt forum. I do expect to make mistakes.

Lastly, please keep in mind that I do have a life outside of HEE! It may take me a few hours or days to get your ABBs to you. Please be patient. Thank you! <3

I procrastinated publishing this. I was NOT confident in my ability to keep up with all the stats. However, I will not know unless I try lol!

This shop is now OPEN!
