Im planning to do all my +10s and +20s as mares, then do apricot captures in batches of 10 boys until I either get a good one or lose the will to live, then I'll do the rest as girls. Then I think I'll do probably 100 +15 boys in plains, meadow and mountains, rate those and if theyre not all totally shit do the rest as girls

Thanks! I'm not too picky. The stable name was halfway inspired by "Ocean Front Property" by George Straight. I know that I want sort of a desert/ Arizona theme for sure, maybe some cacti. With a palomino or light colored horse. No draft types, please. Otherwise, add whatever you think feels right. I've got money to spend on this, haven't bothered to get a stable set in almost 9 years LOL
