Because its not good for the game if people are able to acrue insane amounts of money. All quests were originally designed as money sinks- you can now make a decent bit from them overall but you have to be clever about what you attempt.

Brindles are a random chance so usually mass breeding until one pops up is the way for that haha

For the boy.. Levienne... something dark and strong (he is a fighter he wears some Chainmail armor.) Maybe near/in some water.
For the girl.. I feel her radiating electicity ...something mystical but angry feminine.. similar coat pattern.
These are just ideas.. but I really will be fine with whatever you come pup with. Thank you for sharing your wonderful talents with us!
