"You can hold it right there, gorgeous, go get me a flask, would you please?" The man asked in a fake tone, putting on a look of disgust when she left. "Hate that woman," |

Kayla didn't answer, feeling vaguely like another man had planted a 'mine' sign on her shirt. |

Gale heard a twig snapped and his head fwipped around, glaring into the bushes. They rustled and his hands grabbed his daggers as he stood and went into them, seeing a flash of movement and jabbing at it. He walked out a few minutes later with Varys, him and the wolf cut up a little. The wolf saw Kayla and growled once before sniffing her and acting like a puppy, wagging his tail and running around her. |

Kayla just watched the wolf, her very confused for a moment before she remembered him. She didn't smile, didn't speak, just pet the wolf's head. |

Varys leaned into her, licking her hand. "He missed you, we both did." Gale said, not talking about the state she was in but the one she used to be. The carefree, laughing, always happy Kayla. Not this....this gloomy, silent one. |

Kayla looked at Gale, walked to him, and wrapped her arms around him. "Never leave me... Please" She begged quietly |

His smile vanished, erasing one of the now rare moments for him. "I'm not going to," Gale said with a sigh, wrapping his arm around her and guiding her into the room. |

Kayla didn't respond, following and sitting in the corner once more. She curled up with the blanket she'd taken off the bed and closed her eyes |

Gale let out a slight huff and walked over to her, scooping her up before setting her down on the bed. "Take the bed, stop sleeping on the floor." He said tiredly, sitting in the chair and flicking his eyes shut. |
