She got very very lucky, she was sleeping on the back deck, and it didn't fall any lower.
The back deck is stable but damaged and the roof on the deck is damaged but the roof to the house looks good
She warned the property own the tree was dead and gonna fall.
They didn't listen and the city said they couldn't do anything.

So I am very happy to say I will be picking up my ipad today! That means I will no longer have to use a mouse for art. :D I want to learn how to paint horses and landsacpes. So if any of you have some tutorial recommendations that would be great. Specifically for painting/drawing horses and landscapes. Tutorials can range from realistic to cartoon I don't mind. I would prefer videos though, since that is my preferred way to learn. But I will take image tutorials! <3

I highly reccommend watching The Art of Aaron Blaise on youtube =D He's got some great videos on drawing horses!

Edit: you can also feel free to PM me anytime!! Haven't done much landscapes sadly, but I love painting headshots <3 I use ipad pro w/ apple pencil and have used Autodesk sketchbook and currently use Procreate =) So exciting to hear you're getting into painting!!
