I recently bought art for one of my horses. When I try to upload the image I get an invalid file message along with this appearing above the screen:

The file is a JPG and 500x500. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? Thank you!

Is the image on your hard drive?
Because this link to image looks a little sketchy.

It doesn't have the proper file extension.

The file extension should be jpg.
/tmp/php7ksEXK won't ever work.

Sometimes files go wonky when you try to save them. Ive had a handful of issues when people try to save from imageshack.

This is rectified by adding ".jpg" to the end of the name when you save it.

ex: " horse . jpg" (remove the spaces before and after the period)

If you are using your phone to do this, its almost impossible. In this instance, you will need to have the artist upload the image to imgur and send a valid imgur link and save from there.
