Taylor Browns - Taylor continued to cry. "Yes it is. I always ruin everything..." she insisted. She listened to his offer and peeked up, looking over her arms with her reddened icy blue eyes. She stayed where she was for a moment, contemplating her choices, before taking his hand and pulling herself up. She really shouldn't be doing this, especially because she just wanted to give up, but she also really wanted one more good moment with him before she distanced herself to try and get over him. "Okay..." she agreed, sniffling and wiping her tear soaked cheeks. |

Caleb smiled and went and got whiskey. She wasn't supposed to be listing things but tacked him up then lead him to the arena. "Hop on miss" he said handing whiskey to her. "You can try barrels, cutting, poles, anything western really. He loves to jump aswell" Caleb said letting the girl pick what she wanted to do. |

Taylor Browns - Taylor understood what Caleb was doing. He thought she was leading Whiskey because she liked the horse, but that was wrong. She was leading Whiskey up to Caleb when he got home, because she knew he had missed his horse, and she wanted to do something nice for Caleb. Taylor followed Caleb, and took Whiskey from him when he gave him to her. She mounted the stallion easily and nudged him into a slow trot, just warming up and getting a feel for each other. After a couple circles of trot, Taylor had Whiskey run the barrels at the trot, and then ran them again at full speed. Taylor wasn't the best at western, but just riding cheered her up. After running the barrels a few more times, she cantered Whiskey over to the jumps and jumped the small course. Jumping western wasn't exactly comfortable, but she still enjoyed it, and Whiskey was perfect. There was a point at the end of the course that she had to cut across the diagonal to get to the start of the course again, so she cut across the diagonal, but she had Whiskey try a half-pass, a dressage move, to get across the diagonal. And to her surprise, Whiskey performed the half-pass beautifully. When they got back to the other side of the arena to start the course again, Taylor nudged him back up into the canter and re-ran the course. By the time they'd finished with the course, Whiskey was tired, and Taylor could tell, so she walked him over to Caleb, now all smiley, and dismounted the horse. "Good boy" she murmured to the horse, patting his neck. |

Caleb patted whiskeys neck. This girl was beautiful and he could feel feeling grow for her. "Do you want to ride him till I'm better?" Caleb asked. He'd have to go to his cabin soon and get his stuff from Mr hart. Caleb walked whiskey to the stables and untacked him. His torso begun to hurt where he'd had surgery so he took it easy. After untacking him caleb put whiskey back in the pasture before getting his stuff and going to his cabin. He came and saw me and Mrs hart. "I was wondering if I could get a puppy. I've found a blue Merle border collie pup and it's a boy but there's also a girl one too." Caleb had learnt that the girl was the granddaughter of Mr and Mrs hart and wanted to make it up to her for making her sad. He also did like her. "And is like to get the girl for your granddaughter." Caleb had a German shepherd that was an ex military dog(rusty) but rusty was getting old and needed a friend. |

Taylor Browns - Taylor smiled up at Caleb. Maybe she didn't have to give up after all. "Sure" she said softly with a smile. Taylor helped untack and put away Whiskey's things before she left to go take a shower and eat dinner. - "Of course. Just as long as he stays under control and doesn't spook the horses." Mr. Hart replied. Both of the grandparents exchanged glances, smiling, when Caleb told them he wanted to buy the girl puppy for Taylor. "Sure. I bet Taylor will love her." Ms. Hart said with a smile. |

Caleb the next day had the puppies and set up a surprise in whiskeys stall. Whiskey was good with animals and stood still as the little girl pup walked around his stall. Whiskey put his head down and sniffed the dog. He stood there and waited. Caleb waited with the calf till Taylor found the dog with the note attached to its pink collar. The note read 'dear Taylor. I know I upset you and I hope you accept my apology and accept my gift -Caleb' |

Taylor Browns - Taylor walked into the barn the next morning, going straight to Dominos stall. She was going to continue training him again, and prepare for the next show, which was in two weeks. She greeted Domino and started grooming, but paused when she heard a tiny bark from Whiskey's stall. Her brows furrowed with confusion and she walked over to where she heard the bark come from. Taylor entered Whiskey's stall to find a little border collie puppy, jumping up on her, wagging her tail, to greet her. Taylor immediately fell in love with the puppy and knelt down to pet her. "Aww. Hello, where did you come from pretty girl?" she spoke to the puppy in a loving tone. As she was petting the puppy, she noticed the note and pulled it off of her collar and read it. Taylor gaped at the letter. Holy shit. Caleb bought her a dog. Taylor was stuck in a trance-like state until the puppy jumped back up onto her. Taylor smiled at the puppy and picked her up, rising up to a standing position to look around for any signs of Caleb. |

Caleb was feeding the calf, the calf was almost old enough to go out in the pasture with the quarter horse and the pony (sis and Pippa). Once the calf had finished its bottle Caleb lead it out to the pasture and let it run around with Pippa and sis. |

Taylor Browns - Taylor spotted Caleb with the calf, and walked over to him, the puppy still in her arms. "You bought me a dog?" she asked with a smile on her lips. The thought did pop into her head, how could Caleb remember the calf and not her? she wondered, but quickly pushed the thought away not wanting to bring down her mood. |
