"Sure hope it is, if not then I give up." Elara said quietly, thinking it over. -A happy life with Sage- nope, nada, not happening. A happy life with Varys, and sure, let's add Sage and Liz in there. Never mind, neither work. A happy life with Sage, Liz, and Varys. Yup, that sounds right.- She smiled slightly at the thought, listening to the wind rustle through the leaves. |

Sage chuckled softly in response to her comment, nodding in agreement. "Me too," he noted with a slight twinge of amusement, though that was, admittedly, a very real fear. That no matter what he did, he was just doomed to be treated like garbage. That he'd never be happy. But for now, things were nice...and he could just hope they stayed that way. It was dangerous to hope for things, he'd learned that time and time again...but he really couldn't help it this time. |

Elara smiled at him, chuckling for a beat or two before fading out. She was scared, no doubt. About being betrayed, about being hurt in the woods, about her father coming back, about alot of things. This moment was nice, it was warm, Varys was sprawled out in between Sage and Elara, which was probably only two or three meters. Varys was comfy thuogh, and if he was comfy, he wasn't moving. Elara didn't blame him, being comfy in a spot was as if the world went to peace. |

Sage let the comfortable silence stretch between them for a while, not minding the quiet at all. It was nice to have someone to talk to who didn't just yap all the time. They had a happy medium going on, and he quite appreciated that. It wasn't more than a few hours later that they'd stopped for lunch by a stream, and then kept moving. They were almost to the cabin, and he was eager to get there and get settled down. |

Elara followed as he went, stopping when he did, you get the memo. She was excited to get to the cabin, start a new life. |

By the time they entered the clearing the cabin was in, the sun was already starting to dip below the tree line. The cabin was abandoned a while ago...if they were living here there'd need to be some major patching up and such...but for now it as perfect. And he was exhausted, so sleeping in a cabin would be lovely. "The south side has some holes in the roof but the north side is fine," he noted with a sort of yawn. "I can work on fixing it all up tomorrow," he added. |

Elara smiled softly when she saw the cabin, imagining the memories to be made. "I'll help, not much else to do anyways." She said, saying the truth. They were in the woods, already had food, what else is there to do? |

Sage nodded and moved to nudge the door open. It was half broken, but there was a way to get it closed where it would get stuck that way, and you could only open it by doing it a certain way, which meant it was ... relatively safe. "I'll take the couch," he noted, nodding to the small bed and couch shoved to the far side of the room, away from the holes in the roof. |

Elara followed Sage, eyeing the door as he opened it. The floor board at the entry creaked as they both walked over it, adding onto the list of things needing fixing. She glanced up at the ceiling and saw the holes, grimacing slightly before turning her attention to Sage, nodding in response. "Alright," She said simply, heading to lay on the bed before drifting off. |

Sage pushed some of the furniture around so she'd have her privacy, if she wanted it, and then settled down on the couch with an exhausted sigh, sinking into the cushions happily, Liz resting peacefully on his chest. He'd passed out pretty quickly after he'd lay down, more than happy to be off his feet and sleep. |
