Could someone direct me or direct me to a guide on how training works? Relearning the game is so frustrating and I can't figure out why my Wilkie's aren't making progress despite being entered in speciality clinics. |

Your horses are improving with training. It does take time and multiple sessions to see an increase in stats. |

Thank you! I've noticed I haven't been able to train regularly even though it's been well over a week since I last trained. Is it because I'm using specialty clinics? |

Specialty Clinics do not effect regular training. You can only train your horses once a week (refreshes on Mondays) in the Training Center.
You must Feed Your Horses and Pay Your Riders before you can train. I suggest checking out these Showing Guides to help understand how training affects showing and making a profit.
