the old IBR did bring my loan balance down as it was, but I paid on it for nearly ten years before the SAVE situation. It's been a long road to my current salary that's for sure

No, that's being phased out and replaced with the RAP plan.

If the new repayment plans cause the loan amounts to actually decrease as you pay them off like every other loan, that is a good thing. And yeah, 90-105k is nothing to sneeze at, I'd be sitting pretty if I made that much (play my cards right and I could be there in 5-10 years at my current job, which will probably be the most anyone in my immediate family made, definitely more than my mom or dad made.)

I've been thinking about opening another art shop, but I have a few questions.
Is tier 2 appropriate?
What price range would be acceptable?
Is there actually interest?
Any opinions are welcome <3

I'd say T1 based on looks! But there are a few things to consider before you go hopping and skipping over there lol
.
How comfortable are you with coat changes on any stock image? Adding very complex patterns?
How comfortable are you with props- wings, horns, companions?
How comfortable are you with combining backgrounds?
.
Just some things to consider, as T1 can become very stressful without full information on what people expect! <3

As of right now, I'd say high tier 2. I think you've got an absolutely amazing start and you're super close to tier 1, it's just a matter of achieving consistency throughout your pieces. Could definitely charge 200-250k for customs though. There is absolutely interest!!! <33
