| i use peppermint oil if my allergies are bad. it can be a little pricey where i am but a single dab on your hand then breathing it in, it works every time |

| They make like... a vapor "rub" stick that you just kinda stick up your nose and breathe in. Also second just using a warm damp towel laid over your nose |

| Yeah my fiance likes the vapor tablets but they burn my nose and I have extremely sensitive eyes so they burn the heck out of my eyes too lol. Of course it is 85° outside or I would gladly take a steamy shower 🙃 Maybe I can take a freezing cold shower to cool off then go to steamy? XD |

| Another thing is a bowl of boiling hot water, hover your face over it and just inhale the steam (safely of course) |

Sorry for the details lol but whenever I feel blocked but there is no action when I blow my nose, a nasal spray works fantastic too (the one where you close one nostril and breath in whilst you spray, usually 3 times, and you do it to each side). It opens my nose up instantly |

| I have never done a sinus rinse but I am very particular about fluids going in my nose so it is a no lol Even nasal spray. I can not. Probably trauma from my whole ordeal in the hospital when I was a child xD |
