Using fake birthdays wouldn't shock me. It's very normalized, especially as social media platforms tighten restrictions on accounts belonging to people <18.. more people have found it habitual to insert a fake

You're not allowed to ask for EBS ;) Upgrades- I believe so, but not money :3

Technically they can, some people can't always pay for an upgrade, but they help the wisher to make it happen. Asking for ebs towards something is a bit different then asking for ebs just because, especially it comes in handy when the goal is bigger, bigger than reasonable to ask for <3
