Louise, depends on what kind of challenge you want. KNN are more difficult simply because they can't outcrossed. AQH are easier because you can use X or TB for them

How do you get buttermilk or just just buckskin in general? I'm really loving them all the sudden. Also how do you usually get Gold Creme Dun. Genetics are kinda confusing to me

For Gold Creme Dun you will need to have a red base (ee), have one copy of cream (Crcr), have one or two copies of champagne (Chch, ChCh) and one or two copies of dun (Dd, DD). So when trying to breed this color make sure the both parents are either Ee or ee and have at least one copy of the other genes as well. Hope that makes sense
