He walked into the town,hearing about the kings death.Gale went into a tavern and found a seat,hidden under his hood. It was when the crowd drew out,and all Gale could hear was somebody behind him.The figure walked up with Gale's wanted poster,a 50,000 dollar reward under his name. "Could you sign this?" He asks,unrolling it and putting it infront of him before tapping on the 'dead' of 'dead or alive'. "Right.Here." |

Kayla hopped out of the tree, barely avoiding a broken ankle, and walked |

"Uh,uhm,yeah,why not?" Gale asked quietly,the two chuckling in unison.He signed his name and couldn't shake the feeling of the man who sat next to him,this man was bigger and way more scarred then Gale. "What's your name?" Gale finally asked,the man laughing quietly before answering. "Hummendeaus,Gale hummendeaus." Gale was taken aback,the man laughing even harder at his response. "Nah,im just messing with you.Names Jacob,Jacob Miller.Good to meet you,Gale." |

Kayla kept walking, her mind whirling and trying to pinpoint how she'd find Gale |

Gale kept ordering more liquor,not fazing at all after Jacob had long since faded out. He eventually paid and stumbled out of the tavern,almost tripping but catching himself.He started walking and whistling the same three note tune he always did,marking his way closer to me. Or closer to death,either works with me. |

Kayla eventually found her way back to the town and walked through it, keeping her head down and her hair loose to cover some of her features in the dark |

Gale went and made his face smeared with dirt,unreckognizable now other then the one scar that ran down his eye from his whipping.He settled in for the night and let out the 'im safe' whistle once more before drifting off. |

Kayla got her main dagger sharpened with a couple glances thrown her way. She walked back into the woods, climbed a tree, and stayed there withing the branches as she fell asleep |

He awoke the next morning to commotion in the square,a fight between a guard who was attacking a citizen. Gale scowled,hiding his things and going to the fight,punching the guard and eventually,having more guards come at him,seizing his hands with loose shackles. "I know who you are,Gale." A guard said,knicking Gale's neck with a blade and squeezing it until blood flowed out of it. Gale allowed it,just playing his game of chess against me. |

Kayla woke the next morning and heard yelling in the square, following the sound. She saw the guards holding Gale, and her anger flared. She didn't know what to do-she'd really just followed his directions on everything. |
