Caden dashed out into the road, waving his arms around before the ambulance stopped, a paramedic getting out. "Sir... are you alright?" |

Emily fearfully stuck by Caden's side |

"We just....we need a ride, and we also need to know where we are, exactly." He explained, the paramedic ushering the two into the back of the ambulance. "You're ten miles outside of Pheonix, Arizona. What happened to you two?" The man questioned, taking Caden's arm and starting to clean the wounds. |

Emily looked to Caden, worried |

"I uh, I can't say that." He managed, the paramedic moving onto Rose. "We're taking you two to the hospital, they'll take care of you there." |

"Ma'am," The paramedic started, Caden immediately rolling his eyes. "I need you to tell me what happened." He glanced back at Caden, quieting his voice so only she could hear. "Did he do this?" |

Emily shook her head quickly. "No, no. He didn't. I swear." |

The paramedic gave her a skeptical look, writing something down as he turned back to her. "Okay then, so what happened?" He asked, Caden not hearing the question as he gazed out of one of the windows. |
