Gale had been dragged along to a few rooms and forced to, you know, against his will. He had become so depressed he didn't care anymore, for death was his best friend. The man now lived in a place nicknamed 'the iron town' and made a small living there. |

Kayla was forced to walk down the street of her husband's kingdom, her head held high even when he demanded she keep her eyes low. She had a long scar across her cheek from the king first trying to get her in bed-unsuccessfully-and she had scars up and down the length of her body. She scoffed at him as he tried to get her to dress nicer. She refused to wear a dress, the gaudy things, but he made her wear a skirt and shirt with long sleeves to cover the abusive scarring along her arms. "You belong to me, devil-woman. Remember that." He snapped at her that line every day now, sometimes ore often. |

Gale was in said kingdom, beating the living life out of a man infront and to the side of them. He had numerous more scars now, mainly on his face as he stood and kicked the man in his side before spitting at him. The man saw the two coming down and he paled, ducking his head and quickly making his way into a nearby alley and fading into the darkness. |

Kayla watched the chaos unfold as the guard tried to grab Gale. The king gave the guard a sharp look and Kayla scoffed, earning a slap across the face. "Asshole" She muttered, gaining another slap. "Shut it." The king snapped. Kayla rolled her eyes and crossed her arms |

The guard followed Gale down the alley. The only sound was groans of agony as Gale sprinted out of it, hands red as he washed off the blood in a trough before flipping off the guards and heading into the tavern. |

Kayla barked a sharp laugh as she watched a man flip off the guards and duck into a tavern. "These petty rebels don't know what they've got coming." The king muttered, sending a guard in front of the two rulers to avoid conflicts. "Feeling unsafe, king?" She muttered, taunting him and ducking from the strike he sent her way. Watching the man made her feel more rebellious |

Gale came back out a few minutes later, eyes wide as he ducked his head and made for the opposite direction, mumbling as he went. "Never am I ever going back in there," He would say, eyeing the king and glaring at him. |

Gale reckognized her but briefed it over his shoulder, it was her who ran off, anyways. Which meant they were done, for she ran off, and left him behind. |
