After she was done, he waddled off, falling about two steps later. "Don't even look at him," I whispered, holding her gaze hostage before glancing back as he got back up. |

"If you rush to him, he'll start crying. You let him get up by himself, he doesn't, and that sticks. Basically teaches them they're fine if they fall." I assured, checking him over. |

"But what if he's hurt?" She said, brows pinched with worry |

"You wait for him to get up, then check." I mused, standing back up. "And he's not, that's what I was just doing." |

"You're sure?" She asked, checking him fantically |

"Sure as a bet on a snake with a toothache will whine," I mused, unsure she'd get the reference from all the camps. |
